BMSS Auctions of Toy and Model Soldiers
The BMSS March 2024 Auction
A BMSS auction was held on Friday 15th March at St. Saviour’s Church Hall, Pimlico (St. Georges Square, London SW1V 3QW).
The auction lots were from a long serving member of the BMSS John Farrell, consisting of approximately 180 lots. All of them painted toy soldiers, of a very high standard.
Because it was run by members for the membership, there was no buyers premium. Also it is a specialist auction - there are no other items apart from Toy and Model soldiers (with perhaps the odd catalogue or related ephemera).

The BMSS holds occasional auctions of toy and model soldiers, usually in November at our usual London meeting venue, the Church Hall, St Saviour’s, Lupus Street, Pimlico, SW1V 3QW.
Because we run it by members for the membership, there is no buyers premium. Also it is a specialist auction - there are no other items apart from Toy and Model soldiers (with perhaps the odd catalogue or related ephemera). If you are interested in collecting toy soldiers, or like converting/repainting them, then this really is the best auction that you could attend.
